The Stewardship Performance Framework, which is currently under development, will provide guidance to support the state’s transportation system stewardship goal: To continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the transportation system (Washington State Legislature, RCW 47.04.280, Transportation system policy goals).
